Terms and Conditions of renting car with driver from Odessa Transfers Group in Ukraine and in Moldova.

• When transfer is ordered by economy class car, comfort class car, or by minivan - client can pay agreed rate to the driver, or make prepayment by credit card in advance
• When ordering car rental with driver for 2 hours or more, client should make 100% prepayment of ordered hours of car rental to the driver if comfort class car is chosen at the time he sits in the car
• If any other class of vehicle is booked, such as business class vehicle, VIP vehicle, limousine and so on, client makes 100% prepayment of prospective number of hours in advance, or makes prepayment for the minimal order of car rental (usually between 3 and 4 hours depending on vehicle type) in advance by credit card, money transfer, or other types of payment
• If actual time of rental is more than was prepaid – client pays for every additional hour directly to the driver, no matter which class type of car is booked
• Time more than 30 minutes rounds-up to one hour of car usage
• Time more than 10 minutes and less than 30 minutes rounds up to half an hour of car usage
• During transfer service and car rental with driver all parking fees that would be required are paid by the client
• There is additional payment for the mileage in case if the route of rental is outside city limits
• Client is forbidden to force the driver to break the rules on the road - like speeding up, going on red light and so on (moving violation on the road)
• Smoking and drinking of soft drinks sometimes is possible ONLY by agreement with driver
• In case client damages the vehicle in any way, client must refund all expenses that would be required to repair the damage
• In case of technical problems with vehicle – Odessa Transfers Group must change broken vehicle in the shortest possible time with vehicle of the same class.
