Sometimes need arises when you need to book transfer from the airport very urgently, just a couple of hours before you arrive by plane at the airport of your destination. We understand that most people plan their trip and order transfer in advance, but after getting several requests by phone and e-mail for urgent transfers, Odessa Transfers Group decided to offer such service to our existing and new clients.
If you haven't booked your transfer in advance, or just have an urgent business trip to Odessa, or Kiev, and need transfer in less than 18 hours before landing, most probably that we will be able to help you with your transfer. Sometimes it is possible to book transfer even 2 hours before your arrival either to Odessa, Boryspil, Kiev, Lviv, Kharkiv or Dnepropetrovsk.
Since everything depends on the time you arrive, road and traffic conditions in Odessa or Kiev, availability of cars at the time of your arrival, and other factors we ask you to call us by phone as soon as you know your exact time of arrival. You can also fill in our booking form, but we do not guarantee that your booking will be seen by our staff at that little amount of time needed to pick the car for you, so it waits for you at the airport. It is also possible to call us using your city's local phone number (although this service is in beta-mode, it may not always work).
Cost of transfer may increase from 20% to 50% depending on how urgent you need transfer with English speaking driver, type of car you require and availability of the car at that particular time.
If you book an urgent transfer, please BE SURE to include your mobile phone number for confirmation of your booking by telephone. We will also send you SMS with driver's name and car's plate number.
